PUPPY PROGRAM
If you already have a puppy or are getting one soon and are interested in training we have a program here for puppies starting at 8 weeks of age. Our puppy program is an In-Kennel Training (IKT) program and the puppy would stay with the trainer for a period of time through training. This program starts the puppy off right from the beginning. This program can be started with puppies ages 8 weeks to 14 weeks. You can also follow up our puppy program with our 2+ or 6 week In-Kennel Training program on the training programs page.

This program includes, but is not limited to:
- Crate training
- Walking on a leash without pulling
- Name
- Come when called by his name
- Sit, stay
- Sit at doors and wait to walk through
- Sit when approaching people
- Down, stay
- Don't jump on people, furniture, counter, etc...
- No biting or nipping
- AND MUCH MORE!!!

We also socialize the puppy for you. This age in a puppy's life is very critical for socialization. We take the puppy around new people, places, dogs of all sizes, cats, different floor textures, including stores, bricks, uneven surfaces, etc..., crowded and loud places, such as downtown parks and streets, boarding kennels, etc...,

*Puppies must be vet checked and healty, as well as have the most up to date vaccines before entering this program!
Many puppies are taken from their moms too soon, and this can cause problems with the puppy starting at a young age. This includes but not limited to: aggression (food, human, dogs) and seperation anxiety are the most common factors. Other problems can occur also, and may vary dog to dog. Socialization for your puppy with other dogs and new people is very important and puppies should never leave their mom and litter mates until they are at least 8 weeks old!! If your expierience any of these problems with your puppy we might just be able to help you stop or reduce the problem, especially if caught at a young age!!
